For those of you that don't know me, up until now, the definition of hi-tech for me was inserting a coin into a machine and getting a candy bar after I pulled the handle. So this website represents a major step forward for me.

I must admit that I didn't do this all on my own, I had some guidance from the guys at Digital Magic Productions, Inc. in gettig this off the ground, and their concept of using video and blogs to tell you about my real estate services is pure genious. Video just tells the story so much better, and the blogs will help to share my thoughts about the current market and to hopefully entertain you with my less than journalistic writing ability.

For those of you that are looking to purchase a home, I've included a home search section that includes the ability for you to search every available home in the Denver mls. It is a very good service, and of course, I'll be there to show you the homes once you've selected a few to see.

On the other side, if you are going to sell your home, I can provide a current home valuation for your property that will be much more accurate than those instant valuations, or even the services that hire other agents to provide the numbers for you. Most of those types of services rely on public records data that can a year or more old.

My information will be based on current sales data for your area, and I'll make sure that it is perfect. After all, I've been in the business for over 34 years, and there are very few areas of town that I am not familiar with.
