I'll make sure your home is priced right and explain how you will actually save money by pricing it right the first time. I'll expose your property I have a personal network of agents that I've worked with over the years and I'll make sure they are contacted about your property. I'll also take advantage of all advertising programs offered by RE/MAX, and I'll get you on the internet immediately. I'll negotiate on your behalfWhen I represent your property, I will handle all of the negotiations on your property professionally, and with your best interests in mind. I'll keep you informed of every detail, ad I'll work very hard at getting the right contract for you. I'll be there at closing Closing your transaction is a critical part of what I do. I will be there with you to double check all of the items on the contract and to make sure everything is correct. After all, selling your home IS a big deal, and my job is to make sure everything runs smoothly.
